Honolulu, 20 March 2025 - On the day of his arrival in Honolulu, Hawaii to assume his post, Philippine Consul General Arman R. Talbo met Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi and Governor Josh Green during Mayor Blangiardi’s State of the City address at the Mission Memorial Auditorium on 18 March 2025.
