In view of the creation of the Department of Migrant Workers and the redefinition of the Department of Foreign Affairs’ (DFA) scope of responsibility, the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu invites members of the Filipino community to participate in a mapping survey, which will be used to have a better understanding of the needs of the Filipinos within its jurisdiction and refine the assistance-to-nationals policies of the Department.
