The Commission on Elections - Office for Overseas Voting (COMELEC-OVS) informs the public that the iRehistro application has already passed the Vulnerability Assessment (VA) test conducted by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and is now online and ready for use by prospective overseas voting registrants.
