The Commission on Elections - Office for Overseas Voting (COMELEC-OVS) informs the public that the iRehistro platform is now accessible through the link https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/ovf1.

Overseas voting registrants may accomplish the OVF 1, through the iRehistro platform. To complete the registration process, the applicant shall print the duly accomplished OVF 1 and bring the same to the Consulate together with a valid ID and proof of Philippine citizenship.

The Philippine Consulate in Honolulu is open Monday to Friday, from 9am-3pm (except on holidays).
