The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu informs the public that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has imposed a price change for Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope effective 06 October 2024.

The new rate for the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope is $10.45.

Clients who are providing self-addressed USPS envelopes for consular transactions such as passport, visa, civil registry, and notarial services are advised to ensure that their stamps are sufficient based on the new rates.

Please be reminded that the Consulate does not sell or provide stamps for return mailing. Clients are responsible for including the correct postage with their return envelopes to avoid any delays or complications.
