Project: Shipment of diplomatic household goods, personal effects and one (1) used motor vehicle from Honolulu, Hawaii, U.S.A. to Manila, Philippines by sea freight door-to-door services in a 40 ft. container, not exceeding USD15,309.00 for JULY 2019
Services/Cost
- Full door-to-door service
- Shuttle Services
- Dismantling of big furniture needed
- Packing labor of the breakable and non-breakable items and items of furniture by professional packers including crates
- Packing materials
- Inventory list
- Loading of household goods and personal effects into 1 x 40' HC Container at cosignee's residence with shuttle service
- Loading of one (1) used motor vehicle at the Company's warehouse in Honolulu
- Security seal for container
- exportation customs formalities
- Transportation charges to the port of exit
- Picking up of 1 x 40' HC Container from arrival port Manila
- FOB charges, establishing of original B/L (2x Bill of Lading one for the car and one for household goods/personal effects)
- Sea freight charges up to CFR Manila
- Picking up of 1 x 40' HC Container from arrival port in Manila
- Import customs clearance in Manila
- Terminal Handling Charges in Manila and Container Drayage
- Transportation of household goods and delivery to normal access residence to Bacoor, Cavite
- Offloading of car at agents warehouse (to be picked up by client);
- FDS; unloading with shuttle service, unpacking Labour and removal of debris (once at unpacking day)
- Return of empty container to terminal
Terms of Payment
Invoice payable after loading of the abovementioned at the consignee's residence.
The winning company must send to the Consulate the bill of lading and other pertinent shipping documents once the goods have been received by the consignee/concerned Consulate personnel.
The transaction must be tax exempted.
Availing of Insurance
The concerned Consulate personnel will shoulder the Insurance cost.
Quotations may be sent to the Consulate c/o BAC Secretariat on or 14 June 2019 and must include the following:
- Name and Profile of the Company;
- Description of work;
- Final quotation amount.
