The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu advises clients who are providing self-addressed USPS envelopes for consular transactions such as passport, visa, civil registry, and notarial services to ensure that their stamps are sufficient based on prevailing United States Postal Service (USPS) postage rates.
Please be reminded that the Consulate does not sell or provide stamps for return mail. Clients are responsible for including the correct postage with their return envelopes to avoid any delays.
