The Philippine Consulate will provide pre-voting enrollment assistance for registered overseas voters during its outreach mission in Kauai from April 12 to 13, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, at the Lihue Civic Center (Room A & B).

The pre-voting enrollment serves as the identification verification procedure for internet voting. Registered overseas voters may only proceed with casting their ballots for the 2025 Philippine national elections after pre-voting enrollment.

Reminders:
1. Registered overseas voters will cast their ballots through internet voting. No physical ballots will be mailed.

2. Please bring your own mobile device and valid ID for pre-voting enrollment assistance at the outreach.
