Starting 25 October 2021, the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu will shift to the Department of Foreign Affairs’ Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) for its passport application appointments.
GOAS allows passport applicants to choose from available appointment dates through an online calendar and can be accessed using this link:
Applicants must have a valid Gmail or Yahoo email to complete the online appointment process.
Appointment slots are made available weekly, every Monday at 2:00 p.m.
Please note that because of the high volume of passport applications, passport appointments for the months of November and December are already fully booked. The appointment slots that will be available during the launch of GOAS on 25 October 2021 will begin from January 2022.
