In connection with the conduct of overseas voting for the 9 May 2022 Philippine National Elections, the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu informs the public that it is in possession of postal mailing packets of Filipino voters which were returned to the Consulate by the US Postal Service.

Voter packets may be claimed through either of the following ways:
- Claim the packet in person at the Consulate.
The Consulate is open for the overseas voting exercise as follows:
- from 8am to 4pm from 10 April to 7 May 2022
- from 8am of 8 May 2022 to 1am of 9 May 2022.
- Send an email to the Consulate at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (Attention: Special Ballot Reception and Custody Group) to request mailing of the packet. Attaching the following:
- accomplished OVF Form 1A
- copy of valid Philippine passport, and
- proof of new address such as utility bill, ID with address, etc.
Deadline to request mailing of voter packet is 30 April 2022. Packets may only be claimed in person after the deadline.
