The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu informs the public that it is not connected to any travel agency or third party nor has it accredited any travel agency or third party relative to the consular services it offers to the public.
Fees for the Consulate’s services follow the Philippine Government’s schedule of fees as posted on our website: https://honolulupcg.dfa.gov.ph/2014-05-13-10-59-40/schedule-of-fees.
- The public is reminded that making an online appointment for passport, dual citizenship and notarial services is free.
- Applications for civil registration and visas should be emailed first to the Consulate for evaluation. Emailing an application entails no cost.
This reminder is made in view of the increasing number of consular applicants who have reported to the Consulate about the payment of additional fees to travel agencies or a third party in order to avail of consular services.
The public should transact directly with the Consulate when availing of consular services.
