29 December 2022, Honolulu, Hawaii – Consul General Emil Fernandez led the officers and staff of the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu in commemorating the 126th Anniversary of Jose Rizal’s Martyrdom with a flag raising and lei offering ceremony at the Consulate grounds.
This year’s theme is RIZAL: Alaalang Iningatan, Yaman Ngayon ng Bayan (Rizal: Preserved Memories, Treasured Today by the Nation).
