13 January 2023, Honolulu – Officers of the Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii (FCCH), led by its current president, Mr. Rocky Anguay, tendered a luncheon for Consul General Emil Fernandez in appreciation for his leadership and the Consulate’s support of the 30th Goodwill and Trade Mission to the Philippines, which was successfully held in October 2022. Participating delegates held substantive discussions with various government entities and private sector representatives in Manila, Iloilo and Cebu. Serving as the highlight of the trip was the audience with H.E. President Ferdinand R.
