 Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, 17 January 2023 - Consul General Emil Fernandez swears in Consul Grace Bulos, Ltc. Jay Baquiran and Mr. Derico Derupe as Chairperson and Members, respectively, of the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) of the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu. The RERB is tasked with the conduct of quarterly hearings to decide on applications for overseas voter registration filed at the Consulate during the registration period from 9 December 2022 to 30 September 2024.
