20 January 2023, Hawaii, USA – Consul General Emil Fernandez (seated, center)  poses with other panelists and attendees of the economic forum entitled, “Philippines: Prospects and Opportunities” held last 19 January 2023 at the Philippine Consulate. The well-attended event was organized in collaboration with the Philippine Trade and Investment Center – Los Angeles (PTIC-LA), headed by Trade Commissioner Eric C. Elnar, and PLDT Global, headed by President Albert V. Villa-Real (seated left and right respectively beside Consul General Fernandez). Others present included titans of Hawaii’s corporate sector, business chamber leaders, leading entrepreneurs and potential investors.
