24 February 2023, Honolulu – Officials of the US Department of State, led by Office of Foreign Missions Regional Director Clayton Stanger (leftmost), held talks last February 23 with officers of the Philippine Consulate in Honolulu, led by Consul General Emil Fernandez (second from left), on a wide array of topics, including the accreditation of Consulate personnel, acquisition of properties and arrangements for visiting dignitaries, among others. Director Stanger was in Hawaii to conduct the Consular Disaster Assistance Roundtable, which was co-organized with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
