27 February 2023, Honolulu – Six mid-level military and government professionals from the Philippines whose work involve national security protection are currently undergoing the first of three Comprehensive Security Cooperation (CSC) courses this year offered by the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI-APCSS).
