31 March 2023, Honolulu – Consul General Emil Fernandez (2nd row, center) commends the De La Salle Santiago Zobel School RondallA Group for winning gold during the 2023 Pacific Basin Music Festival, held last March 26 to 29 in Honolulu. The 17-member group is composed of middle school and high school students, who contribute in keeping the Philippine rondalla tradition alive through their performances.
