20 June 2023, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA – Mr. Joseph Chiong, Trade Marketing Officer of Tanduay USA, called on Consul General Emil Fernandez today and thanked him for the opportunity to include Philippine rum during the 2023 Filipino Food Week. Tanduay rum products will be used in the cocktail specials of Skull & Crown Trading Co. and Stage Restaurant & Amuse Wine Bar from June 20 to 26.

Mr. Chiong also shared that Hawaii is Tanduay’s fifth biggest market in the US.

Tanduay also has the distinction of being a sponsor five National Basketball Association (NBA) teams – the Brooklyn Nets, Golden State Warriors, Milwaukee Bucks, Minnesota Timberwolves and Phoenix Suns. Unknown to many, it has grown to become the leading rum maker in the world. (END)
