26 June 2023, Honolulu - Consul General Fernandez (seated, center) served as the keynote speaker during the Rizal Youth Leadership Institute’s leadership seminar last June 24 at the Filipino Community Center in Waipahu, which addressed the theme: “Rizalian Youth Leadership in the Age of Disinformation.” Some 20 young Filipino Americans took part in the activity, organized by the Knights of Rizal under the tutelage of Dr. Raymond Liongson and in partnership with the Filipino Community Center.  (Photo courtesy of Dr. Raymond Liongson)
