1 August 2023, Honolulu – Consul General Emil Fernandez hosted a luncheon at the Pacific Club yesterday for selected Hawaii-based delegates of the Filipino American Young Leaders Program (FYLPRO), including Trish La Chica, member of the Hawaii House of Representatives and 2023 FYLPRO cohort, Elizabeth Frilles (2016), Danicole Ramos (2022) and Constancio Paranal III (2022).  The individuals, chosen for their outstanding qualifications and leadership in community affairs, reiterated their commitment to support the Consulate’s efforts in assisting Filipinos in the state with their various needs, including the adjustment of newly arrived workers, economic opportunities, and immigration-related concerns, among other issues.  Joining Consul General Fernandez was Consul Pamela Durian-Bailon.  (END)
