13 October 2023, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA – Consul General Emil Fernandez (2nd from left) welcomed government officials from the Philippines who are participating in the Comprehensive Security Cooperation Course 2023-3 (CSC) organized by the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS) in Honolulu.

Lieutenant Commander Kristoffer Pelonia, Philippine Navy (1st from right), Major Abel Responso, Philippine Army (1st from left), and Ms. Rowena Tatad, Department of National Defense (2nd from right) took time from their schedule to visit the Consulate and pay a courtesy call on Consul General Fernandez.

Philippine officials participate regularly in the CSC, a 5-week in-resident executive program offered by the APCSS to enhance the capacity of participating countries in addressing complex security challenges in the Indo-Pacific region.
