PHOTO RELEASE NO. 7-2024

30 January 2024, Honolulu – The Philippine Medical Association of Hawaii held its inauguration gala last January 27 at the Royal Hawaiian Resort, with the theme “Kasaysayan at Kinabukasan.” Inducted as PMAH’s new president was Dr. Rainier Bautista (shown in photo), who is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas in Manila and board certified in Family and Obesity Medicine.

Consul General Emil Fernandez was among the invited guests during the formal affair, which paid tribute to the Association’s roots and recognized the strides it has made.  Serving as the event’s keynote speaker was Governor Josh Green, who was a family practice physician and emergency room doctor before joining government.  (END)
