17 April 2024, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA – Consul Pamela Durian-Bailon, Acting Head of Post, received a delegation led by Major General Alejandro S. Nacnac, Deputy Chief of Staff for Reservist and Retiree Affairs, OJ9, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), during the group’s visit to the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu. The delegation members included reserve officers from the Philippine Army, Philippine Air Force, and Philippine Navy, as well as ROTC cadets from various colleges/universities in the Philippines.
The delegation is in Honolulu for the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps - Cultural Understanding Leadership Program (ROTC-CULP) 2024, which is part of the state partnership program between the AFP and the Hawaii National Guard. (END)
