22 April 2024, Honolulu. Consul Grace Bulos attended the commencement ceremony of the inaugural Indo-Pacific Senior Enlisted Leaders Subject Matter Expert Exchange held last April 19 at the Daniel K. Inouye Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI-APCSS), where delegates from the Philippines participated, namely,  First Chief Master Sergeant Feliciano Lazo, PA (AFP Sergeant Major), Chief Master Sergeant Ronaldo De Leon, PA (Assistant AFP Sergeant Major) and Senior Master Sergeant Oliver Engallado, PAF (Sergeant Major, PAF Human Resource Management Center).

The weeklong exchange, conducted from April 15 to 19, was a collaboration between DKI-APCSS and the US Indo-Pacific Command, bring together 55 senior enlisted leaders from 20 nations across the Indo-Pacific and the United Kingdom with the objective of enhancing enlisted leadership professionalism within the region.
