19 June 2024, Honolulu – Upon the invitation of Rear Admiral (Ret.) Pete Gumataotao, Director of the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI-APCSS), Consul General Emil Fernandez attended yesterday the commencement ceremony of the Comprehensive Security Cooperation (CSC) course 24-2 held at Center’s “Hank” Stackpole Auditorium.  The ceremony caps the 5-week in-resident executive program that tackled security issues facing the region, participated in by 124 professionals from around the world including 7 from the Philippines.  (END)
