25 June 2024, Honolulu – Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) delegation to the Balikatan Concept Development Conference paid a courtesy call on Consul General Emil Fernandez yesterday during their official visit in Honolulu. The group is led by Major General Noel Beleran and Major General Marvin Licudine, Commander of the AFP Education, Training and Doctrine Command. The Conference enables military officials from the Philippines and the U.S. to enhance their partnership, plan and prepare for the next Balikatan exercise. (END)
