28 June 2024, Honolulu – Mr. Karlo Tanjuakio, the Filipino American founder of one of the U.S.’ fastest-growing companies, met today with Consul General Emil Fernandez, where he selflessly offered his willingness to contribute to the Philippine Government’s socio-economic development efforts. Among the young executive’s successful ventures is Kure, a software company that helps businesses reduce costs and boost productivity. Born in the Philippines and moving to the U.S. at the age of 4, the prodigy taught himself to code and do web design at a young age. Today, his company has served over 6,000 firms in over 200 countries, with clients that include Amazon, Apple, Costco and CVS. Beyond the science and information technology space, Karlo also devotes time to mentor students, provides dog adoption support, and contributes to environmental and poverty alleviation endeavors.
