2 August 2024, Honolulu – Vice Consul Leizel Caasi welcomed at the Consulate earlier today the “Marikit Fashion Show: Final Vow” production team, who are preparing for their  show this August 3 at the Hawaii Convention Center.

Leading the team are Mr. Buboi Asuncion, Director, and Ms. Shella Yoneda Templo, Producer. The show will feature Filipiniana pieces while narrating the story of the Filipina, embodied through “Marikit.” Among the show’s models are the Ginang Filipinas titleholders who are joined by its CEO, Ms. Maria Teresa DeBoer.
