30 September 2024, Honolulu – Upon the invitation of General Charles Flynn, Commanding General of the United States Army Pacific, Consul Grace Bulos joined guests at the farewell ceremony in honor of Lieutenant General James Jarrard, outgoing Deputy Commanding General and welcome ceremony in honor of newly-minted Lieutenant General Joel Vowell held at the Historic Palm Circle in Fort Shafter, Hawaii today.

Consul Bulos took the opportunity to thank Lieutenant General Jarrard for his service and congratulate Lieutenant General Vowell on his new position, citing the deep appreciation for the historic partnership and strong alliance of the Philippines and the United States. (END).
