7 October 2024, Honolulu –  Acting Head of Post Pamela Durian-Bailon (3rd from left), welcomed to the Philippine Consulate Sergeant Major FCMS Feliciano M. Lazo, (Inf) PA, Armed Forces of the Philippines (3rd from right), who, together with CMS Elvie G. Estilo, PA (2nd from right) and CMS Marlon C. Manlongat, PA (rightmost), is in Honolulu on official visit to the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and Service Component Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) academies and training centers. This PH-US bilateral cooperation activity helps the Philippines learn about best practices in the U.S. NCO training centers. Joining them are Capt. Roldydin Cris Sergio, PN(GSC), Philippine Defense and Armed Forces Liaison Officer (PHILDAFLO) to the U.S. INDOPACOM, and Col.
