4 April 2025, Honolulu – Consul General Arman R. Talbo met with Mr. Stephen Zagami, Resident Agent in Charge, US Department of State, Diplomatic Security Service, who called on him at the Consulate General on 3 April. During the call, Mr. Zagami briefed the Consul General on the work of his office and the assistance they provide to the Consular Corps in the area of diplomatic protection and security.    Consul General Talbo expressed appreciation for the support of the Department of State for supporting its activities, including visits of high-level officials, responding to emergency situations such as the 2023 Maui wildfires, and ensuring the safety and security of the Consulate.  The two officials look forward to future cooperation.
