5 April 2025, Honolulu – Consul General Arman R. Talbo continued the conversation with Filipino community leaders with the intention to identify common projects and activities, and work together to amplify the voice of the Filipino diaspora in Hawaii when he met with them on 5 April at the Philippine Consulate.
The Consul General encouraged the community to share information on the 2025 Philippine National Elections and convince eligible voters to pre-enroll and vote early and not wait until the last day to cast their votes.
Registered overseas voters may pre-enroll until 7 May 2025, 5:59AM Hawaii time (HST) through https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll, where a test voting link is available until 12 April 2025.
From 13 April, 8:00AM until 12 May, 1:00AM HST, registered and pre-enrolled voters may cast their votes through https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/vote.

During the town hall, the Consulate likewise shared the itinerary of the highly-anticipated Very Important Pinoy (VIP) Tour happening this July. Interested participants may obtain more information on the VIP Tour at http://viptourphilippines.com. Consul Pamela Durian-Bailon, Consul Grace Bulos, and Vice Consul Leizel Caasi served as resource persons for the town hall. (END)
