Consul General Talbo (right) virtually met with the Filipino Community in American Samoa.

7 April 2025, Honolulu – Consul General Arman R. Talbo virtually met with the Filipino Community in American Samoa (FCAS) last Saturday, April 5th. The engagement is part of the Consulate’s information campaign on overseas voting and continuing cooperation on areas of common interest. Consul General Talbo also assured the community that a visit to the Territory is among his priorities for the year.

FCAS, led by its President, Ms. Nemia Aguirre, warmly welcomed Consul General Talbo and expressed the community’s anticipation for his visit. An outreach mission to American Samoa is scheduled from April 25 to 27 at Shan-J Restaurant. Among the services that will be provided during the mission are passport renewal, civil registration, notarials, and overseas voting.
