Consul General Arman Talbo with Labor Attache Macy Monique Maglangque

22 April 2025, Honolulu – Consul General Arman R. Talbo received last 14 April at the Philippine Consulate General Labor Attaché Macy Monique Maglanque, who heads the Migrant Workers Office in Los Angeles.  Discussions between the two officials focused on mutual support for their agencies’ respective mandates through activities that promote capacity building and the welfare of overseas Filipino workers.  

Ms. Maglangque was in Honolulu last week for her periodic visit to conduct welfare visits to Filipino fishermen employed in Hawaii’s longline industry, meet with employers, and process employer accreditation and employment documents.  (END).
