12 May 2025, Honolulu – The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu conducted overseas voting and counting for the 2025 Philippine National Elections today, 12 May 2025, pursuant to the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) resolutions on online voting and counting of votes.
Out of the 8,075 registered voters in the State of Hawaii and American Samoa, 402 voters or 4.98% participated in the first Philippine election where online voting was adopted as the mode of voting for overseas Filipinos in 77 countries.

The Consulate General closed the polls and conducted the final counting of votes promptly at 1:00 AM of 12 May 2025, which synchronized with the close of polls and the start of the counting of votes in the Philippines at 7:00 PM on 12 May 2025.
As mandated by regulations, the Election Returns are posted in a conspicuous place at the polling area of the Consulate.
