15 May 2025, Honolulu – On 8 May 2025, Consul General Arman R. Talbo called on the Honolulu City Council where he was warmly received by Council Chair Tommy Waters and Councilmember Tyler Dos Santos-Tam at the Honolulu Hale. 

During the courtesy call, Mr. Waters and Mr. Dos Santos-Tam welcomed the Consul General’s initiatives to strengthen collaboration between the Consulate and the City Council, particularly in areas of trade, tourism and cultural exchange, community resilience, and support for Hawaii’s vibrant Filipino community.
