20 May 2025, Honolulu - Consul General Arman R. Talbo visited the facilities of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) in Honolulu at the invitation of Director Kelly McKeague. The visit included a mission briefing and a guided tour of the Agency's state-of-the-art scientific laboratory. Consul General Talbo was accompanied by Consul Pamela F. Durian-Bailon.

The DPAA, an agency working under the US Department of Defense, is tasked with the vital mission of providing the fullest possible accounting of missing US personnel for their families and the nation. [END]
