Consul General Talbo with Honolulu Police Department Chief Arthur “Joe” Logan

 27 May 2025, Honolulu – Consul General Arman Talbo and Honolulu Police Department (HPD) Chief Arthur Logan met at the HPD Headquarters in Honolulu, reaffirming the partnership of their respective institutions and expressing their commitment to cooperate on mutually beneficial endeavors for the safety of the Filipino American community and the general public.  

Consul General Talbo lauded the HPD for its excellent work in curbing crime on Oahu, the number of which decreased substantially in the past year.  The two officials expressed their readiness to work together in safeguarding the community. (END)
