(13 May 2019, Honolulu, Hawaii) - The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu conducted the midterm election of senators and party list for 2019, for overseas absentee voters for Hawaii and American Samoa. The counting started at 12 midnight of 12 May 2019, which is synchronized with the elections in Manila at 6:00 p.m. of 13 May 2019. A total of 2,193 votes were cast or 17.1 percent of the 12,828 total registered voters in Hawaii and American Samoa. The counting finished at 10:10 a.m. of 13 May 2019. END
