Consul General Jimeno and officers of the Philippine Consulate together with members of the Ayala Land International Sales Team
(9 August 2019, Honolulu, Hawaii) – Representatives from Ayala Land, one of the Philippines’ top property developers, called on Consul General Joselito A. Jimeno on 2 August 2019 at the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu. Led by Ms. Trina Aguas, the team visited Hawaii to help promote real estate in the Philippines to foreign property investors, retirees, and overseas Filipinos.
Real estate is one of the potential areas for investment in the Philippines. With the economy growing by an average of 6.5%, property values have been steadily increasing owing to increased demand for office and residential spaces in the Metropolis and surrounding areas.
Vice Consul and Economic Officer, Ms. Andrea Christina Q. Caymo, join the Sales Event of Ayala Land on 3 August 2019 at the Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu. She provided an Economic Briefing about the Philippines with the hopes that more investors will be interested to invest not only in properties, but in other business opportunities in the Philippines. The Consulate, together with the Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii (FCCH), will conduct a Trade Mission to the Philippines on 14-22 October 2019.
