30 September 2019, Honolulu, Hawaii – The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu served over 200 clients during its second mobile consular mission in Hilo held on 28 and 29 September 2019. The mobile team, headed by Consul Grace Anne G. Bulos and assisted by the Immigrant Services Division of Hilo County and Filipino community volunteers, processed 182 passport applications, 25 documents for notarization, and 8 reports on vital events. Consul Bulos also administered the oath of allegiance to 21 applicants for retention and reacquisition of Philippine citizenship.
The Hilo mission is the ninth outreach service conducted by the Consulate General this year in areas under its jurisdiction. END
