(15 March 2018, Honolulu, Hawaii) - Consul General Joselito A. Jimeno attended the commencement program of the Comprehensive Crisis Management Course 18-1 at the Daniel K. Inouye Asia- Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI-APCSS) on March 14, 2018.
The five Philippine participants were: Col. Ricardo Petrola, PN (Delegation leader), Police Superintendent Frederick Obar, Ms. Myrna Angot, Col. Noly Mapili, PA, and Mr. Fidel Añonuevo, Jr.
The DKI-APCSS is a U.S. Department of Defense academic institute that addresses regional and global security issues.
The Comprehensive Crisis Management Course (CCM 18-1) is a four-week course focusing on a comprehensive approach to crisis management. It emphasizes fundamental skills and understanding to undertake preparedness, mitigation, response and recovery in crisis and disasters. CCM 18-1 had more than 100 participants from 36 different countries. (END)
