28 January 2020, Honolulu, Hawaii – The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu successfully conducted its first consular outreach mission for the year in Kona on the Big Island on 25 – 26 January 2020. Consul Grace Anne G. Bulos led the 7-man team for the Kona mission, which was able to process 204 passport applications, ten (10) affidavits, seven (7) reports of birth, and one (1) report of marriage. Consul Bulos also administered the oath of allegiance to 17 petitioners for retention and reacquisition of Philippine citizenship.
