Deputy Consul General Angelica C. Escalona with dual citizenship applicants during the consular outreach mission to Maui   

(24 February 2020, Honolulu, Hawaii) - The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu conducted a consular outreach mission to Maui on 22-23 February 2020 at the Maui County Business Center. With the assistance of the Immigrant Services Division of Maui County and Filipino community volunteers, the Consulate team was able to process 180 passport applications and six documents for notarization. Deputy Consul General Angelica C. Escalona, the team leader, also administered the oath of allegiance to 37 dual citizenship applicants.  

This was the Philippine Consulate General’s first consular outreach mission in Maui for the year 2020. The Philippine Consulate General increased the frequency of its Maui consular outreach missions from four in 2019 to five this year due to an increase in demand for consular services. END
