PRESS RELEASE - 15 - 2020
The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu, in coordination with the Philippine Foreign Service Posts and Philippine Trade & Investment Centers in the United States, will conduct a webinar series from 13 August to 1 October 2020 on “Global Business Processes Powered by the Philippines” to show how Philippine-based companies can help U.S. companies optimize processes, increase their bottom line, and better manage financial, manpower, and other resources.
The COVID-19 crisis has highlighted the need for SMEs to streamline operations, reduce expenditures, and maintain business continuity in the face of unprecedented challenges. Hiring third-party service providers and outsourcing non-core functions may help companies survive and grow amidst the current business environment.
Top executives from a number of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies in the Philippines will share their expertise on how U.S. companies can start the process of outsourcing non-core functions, which allows greater focus to be directed towards core competencies.
