4 October 2010. The Philippine Delegation, headed by Col. Wilson Galedo, called on Consul General Leoncio Cardenas on 4 October 2010.

The Delegation will attend the RP-US Combined Command and Control Interoperability Board Meeting at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. Other members of the delegation are Capt. Vicente Cejoco, Col. Godfrey Julio, Col. Florante Malijan, Capt. Jande Francisco, Col. Teodorico Raqueno and Maj. Don Maria Anicete.  Capt. Severino Vicente David, AFP Liaison Officer to USPACOM, accompanied the Delegation during the courtesy call at the Philippine Consulate General.
