Consul Lolit Capco with the Filipino Community in American Samoa

19 March 2011. The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu extended consular services to Filipinos living and working in American Samoa from 8-10 March 2011. Consul Lolit Capco, sent to American Samoa to attend to an ATN case,  also used the opportunity to extend consular services ranging from extension of validity of passport, notarials and NBI applications. She also attended to several requests for processing of lost passports  from applicants, that due to various reasons, could not  travel to Honolulu to personally apply for a new passport.  In her  consular outreach program,  she was assisted by the Filipino Community of American Samoa (FCAS) headed by its President, Eniego Lariedo and Filcom leaders, Zosimo Alivia, Rey Mallari, Gilda and Ariel Niedo,  Sioling Fernandez and Fr. Gil Drito.
