19 March 2011. The Philippine Consulate General extended full support to the Philippine participation to the 17th Honolulu Festival, held on 10-13 March 2011 at the Hawaii Convention Center.   DOT officials, headed by Undersecretary Atty. Victoria Jasmin, manned the biggest array of exhibit booths that showcased the arts and crafts of Regions I, II, III and the Cordillera Autonomous Region (North Philippines).

The 17th Honolulu Festival was attended by more than 8,000 guests and participants from the Asia-Pacific region.
