29 May 2015 – The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu provided consular outreach services to Filipinos in Kauai from May 23 to 24 at the Lihue Civic Center in cooperation with the Kauai Filipino Community Council (KFCC).

The Consulate General processed 293 passport applications, three visas, 24 notary and registered 120 overseas voters.

Philippine Consul General Gina A. Jamoralin met with Kauai Mayor Bernard Carvalho, Jr., and discussed the mayor’s plans to visit the Philippines. She also met with the host organization, KFCC. END
